There is an inordinate delay of nearly six years in

filing this appeal. The affidavit filed in support of I.A.No.1/2014 for the condonation of delay does not even mention as to when the appellant has come to know of the passing of the judgment under appeal and from which source. As the delay of 2024 days is not cogently explained, we dismiss I.A.No.1/2014. Consequently, I.A.No.3/2014, R.F.A.No. 200054/2014 and I.A.No.2/2014 stand dismissed.

Liberty is reserved to the appellant to make fresh application and appeal, if the appellant is in a position to account for the inordinate delay of 2024 days. Such a long delay cannot be condoned mechanically and for an asking.
