Heard the counsel for the respective parties.
Regarding appointment of Executive Engineer as Commissioner
to measure the property/tenanted property in question, an order came to
be passed against which the tenant is before this Court. There is no reason to interfere with the order passed. It is for the parties to cooperate for early disposal.
Petition is disposed of.
