The petitioner has approached this Court for

grant of bail for having been arrested and chargesheeted for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 IPC.

The dead body of Keshavulu, aged 45

¶21

years was found in the land of complainant with the injuries by the use of sharp edged weapon. A UDR case was registered. In the course of investigation, the petitioner has been arrested.

Heard the learned Counsel for both the

parties.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner

submits that accused No.4 has been granted bail by

this Court and the same set of material is

¶27

available against this petitioner and therefore,

on the principle of parity, he has sought for grant of bail.

This Court vide order dated 18.09.2014

¶32

in Crl.P.5430/2014 has granted bail to accused No.4. Similar circumstances are available against

the petitioner as well. Except that the petitioner is first accused nothing more is available other than which has been considered by this Court in the aforesaid criminal petition. The presence of petitioner can be secured for the purpose of trial.

In the circumstances, the petition is

allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of Court below, with further following conditions:

a) Petitioner shall mark his attendance in Andersonpet Police Station on every Sunday in

between 10.00 to 11.00 a.m. until further orders.

b) He shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.

c) He shall attend the Court as and when directed.

¶41

d) He shall not involve in any such criminal activities.
