Both the parties along with their Counsel present before the Court today.

The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter may be referred to Mediation Centre.

In the light of the submission made by

the learned Counsel on the instructions from their parties, I direct the II Addl. Civil Judge and III JMFC, Hubli before whom submission was made by the parties to refer this matter for

mediation, the matter has to be referred to the Mediation before proceeding further.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners No. 3, 4 and 5 are unrelated to the incident and there is no attribution against them in the complaint and hence the proceedings be quashed against them.

The submissions are taken on record. The petitioners are permitted to make an application for discharge before the trial Court and if any such application is made the learned trial Judge has to consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
