The present petitioner No.1 had already approached this Court for grant of bail in Cr.P.No.100611/2014 and this Court vide order dated 8/4/2014 has dismissed the said petition on the ground that the petitioner is required for investigation. Liberty

was given to the petitioner No.1 to approach the competent Court for grant of regular bail, after the charge sheet is filed.

In this case also, the petitioner herein along with other approached this Court. In my opinion, the same order has to be passed. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Court after charge sheet is filed.
