The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo
seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition. The memo is
taken on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view
of the settlement arrived at between the parties, out of Court,
whereby the respondent has paid a total sum of �63,60,000/- by
way of a Demand Draft, which the petitioner has received.
