In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondenttahasildar, Bangalore East Taluk to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 20.12.2012 as per acknowledgment produced at Annexure-A, in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.47/p1 measuring to an extent of 1 acre of Kottanur Village, Bangalore east taluk, Bangalore district.

In view of the prayer made, learned Government Pleader submits that the said representation made as per Annexure-A has already been considered on 22.01.2013 and the same would be served on the petitioner. The copy of the same is
