These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct R2 to permit the petitioners to pursue their further studies by participating in the common entrance test conducted by the 3rd respondent to be held on 16.6.2013 by accepting their application form and to participate in the seat selection process as per their rankings for admission to Bachelor of Engineering Course under lateral entry scheme for Diploma students, etc.
