ORDER
Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner make fresh applications in terms of the current OTS Policy Guidelines, if any.
is placed on record. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to make applications seeking the benefit of current OTS Policy Guidelines, if any. If such applications are filed, respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
