Petitioner corporation questioned the permits granted in favour of respondent No. 2 in each of the writ petitions before the Karnataka State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore. By a common judgment the Tribunal dismissed the revision petitions as per Annexure B. The Tribunal by following the judgment of the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P. No. 28024/2009 and connected matters disposed on 13.04.2010 dismissed the revision petitions.

Now it is brought to my notice that against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P. No. 28024/2009 and connected matters appeals are filed in W.A. No. 1970/2010 and connected matters and they are pending adjudication. In the circumstances these writ petitions are hereby disposed off subject to the outcome in W.A. No.
