This appeal is directed against the order dated 30.10.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in writ petition No.18671/2013 whereby the said writ petition has been dismissed. In the writ petition, the petitioner had prayed for quashing the endorsement/letter dated 25.1.2011 by which his application seeking pension for having participated in Goa Liberation Movement in 1955-56, came to be rejected.
