This is the third time the matter is appearing before the Court for non-compliance of office objections. When the matter was called in the first round there was no representation and the matter was passed over enabling learned counsel for the petitioner to comply the office objections. In the post lunch session when the matter is called there is no representation. Accordingly, the petition is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
