THIS CRIMINAL PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 438 Cr.P.C. WITH A PRAYER TO ENLARGE THE PETITIONERS ON BAIL IN THE EVENT OF THEIR ARREST IN CRIME No. 121/2013 OF GIRINAGAR P.S. AND ETC.
THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT PASSED THE FOLLOWING;
O R D E R
Petitioners are the accused Nos. 1 and 2 in crime No.
121/3013 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 34, 504, 307 and 323 IPC. There is a counter complaint against the complainant by the accused in crime No. 124/2013. The complaint and counter complaint are the outcome of trespass of a cow on the land of petitioners on 14.04.2013. The matter is under investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners brought to my notice the wound certificate and the same specifies that the complainant sustained simple injuries. In the circumstances, the petition is hereby allowed. In the event of respondent police arresting the petitioners they shall
be enlarged on bail subject to the following conditions:

i. The petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on they executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. ii. Whenever the petitioners are called upon to be present before the I.O., they shall do so.
iii. The petitioners shall cooperate with the I.O. for completion of investigation and in no manner shall tamper with the prosecution witnesses. iv. Violation of any one of the above conditions will result in cancellation of the bail order.
