The wound certificate is so vague that it does not disclose as to what are the nature of injuries noted by the doctor at the time of examination. This creates serious doubt about the integrity and efficiency of the doctor who has issued the certificate. Therefore, the registry is directed to send a copy of this order and the copy of the wound certificate to the Principal Health Secretary to initiate disciplinary action against the doctor concerned.
