Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application, I.A.No.

1/2012 to convert this writ petition in to an appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Court Act.

It is seen from the record that in this writ petition the petitioner has called in question the order passed by the Family Court on 06.07.2009 in G and WC No. 12/2007 and the same is a final order. Therefore against the impugned order an appeal is provided under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act. In the circumstances the application is hereby allowed. Registry is hereby directed to treat this writ petition as an appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, assign a new number and place the matter before the Division Bench. Learned counsel for the petitioners to furnish second set within two weeks from today. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby disposed off.
