In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 28.10.2004 – Annexure D, 14.07.2005 – Annexure E, 29.09.2006 – Annexure F, 05.02.2007 – Annexure G and 12.01.2009 – Annexure H. In these representations the petitioner has requested for handing over a site which was purchased in a public auction held by the respondent No. 2 town municipal council.

No prejudice will be caused to respondent No. 2 if they are

directed to consider the petitioners’ representations as stated above, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
