These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner upto the age of 65 years in accordance with the UGC Regulations dated 30.6.2010, vide Annexure-D r/w the letter of Human Ministry Development Department for Higher Education dated 11.5.2010, vide Annexure-E.
These Writ Petitions coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
Notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with.

mandamus directing the respondents to continue their services up to the age of 65 years in accordance with UGC Regulations dated 30.6.2010 at Annexure ‘D’ read with the letter of Human
Ministry Development Department for Higher Education dated 11.5.2010 at Annexure E; to grant all consequential benefits flowing from the date of retirement till their reinstatement; direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioners in accordance with the order passed by this
Court on 22.6.2011 in W.P.Nos.13449-453/2011 at Annexure
‘H’ and for such other orders.
Pleader, the order passed in W.P.Nos.13449-453/2011 were under challenge in Writ Appeal Nos.5670/2011 & 1567615798/2011 disposed of on 9.11.2011, wherein the order

passed by the learned Single Judge in the above writ petitions has been set aside by the Division Bench. In view of the same, these writ petitions have also become infructuous.
