The Petition is filed under Art. 226/227 of the Constitution praying to direct respondents to continue her services and to quash the order dated 11.4.2012 – annexure H by the 5th respondent.
The Petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER
Petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to
respondents to regularize and absorb the services of the petitioner in the post held by her and to pay the salary and

other service benefits on par with other similarly situated Government Teachers.
Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader.
It is the submission of the petitioner’s counsel that the facts and circumstances are identical to the case dealt with by this Court in the batch of petitions filed before the Principal Bench in WPs 20204-20364/2011 and other connected matters disposed of on 13.7.2012 wherein petitions are partly allowed and this petition may be disposed of in terms of the above said order.
Following the said decision and in terms thereof, this
petition is also disposed of.
