ORDER
Though the relief sought for by the petitioner is against the University of Agricultural Science, Raichur, however, he relied on the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21992/2012, dated 29.06.2012, wherein this Court without issuing the notice to the respondents had issued direction to the respondent No.2 therein to issue ‘No Objection Certificate’ to the petitioner therein.

Having regard to the same, this writ petition also
stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider the
request of the petitioner in accordance with law.
