It is stated, as per the request of the 2nd respondent who is residing at Bombay with the appellants to withdraw the appeal, in the oral agreement entered into by respondents 1 and 2, they have agreed to gift their shares to appellants 2 and 3 and the 1st appellant has also agreed to part her share to the 2nd and 3rd appellant.
