JUDGMENT
The court notice was sent to Appellants No.1 to 5 after accepting the retirement of P.Srinivasaiah, Advocate for Appellants who had filed the appeal. The Appellants No.1 to 5 despite service of notice, have remained absent and not appeared before the court. It was also observed in the order dated 02.02.2012 of this court that the Appellants if they do not appear on the next date, the appeal will be dismissed for non-prosecution.
