1. Heard the parties.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that a U.C. Case No.80 of 2018 was initiated against the mother of this petitioner but after her death the same is continuing in her name. He submits that they have informed the authorities with the death certificate but they are still going on issuing notice to the dead person. He further submits that the subject matter of this case has been amalgamated with U.C. Case No.36/2023.
3. So far as the amalgamation is concerned, it is up to the petitioner to raise objections, if he has any in U.C. Case No.36 of 2023 and so far as issuing notice of the dead person is concerned, since the petitioner has already informed the Municipal Authorities, it is expected that they will take appropriate step immediately. 4. It is expected that no order will be passed and executed against the dead person.
