1. Heard the parties.

2. The ultimate issue in this writ petition is establishing the right, title and interest over the land in question. The petitioners claim that by virtue of a sale-deed but the same has been opposed by the State.

3. Considering the nature of the dispute, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.

4. If a suit is registered and in the said suit, any application under Order XXXIX, Rule 1 & 2 of C.P.C. is filed for temporary injunction, it is expected that the petition under Order XXXIX, Rule 1 & 2 of C.P.C. will be taken up and disposed of expeditiously.

5. Considering the complicated question of title involved in this case, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
