the State.

Petitioner is claiming right, title and interest over the property in question, which is subject matter of this writ petition.

In this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for setting aside at Annexure-6, which is a report dated 10.12.2021 forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner.

It is grievance of the petitioner that respondents have entered into the question of right, title and interest of the property in question which ought not have been done as the Revenue Authorities have no

power to adjudicate or decide in right, title and interest.

Be that as it may, after going through the record, I find that the petitioner is claiming right, title and interest over the property in question. To declare the right, title and interest over the property, evidence has to be produced which needs to be considered by appropriate Civil Court.

Thus, I direct the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court for redressal of his grievance.

If any application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 is filed, the same will be considered expeditiously by the Trial Court. 8. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of .
