2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents are not accepting the rent in respect of the land appertaining to Plot No. 2888, area 2.20 acres of Khata No. 108, Thana No. 67 of Budmu Circle, Ranchi at Mouza-Budmu.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 5- Circle Officer, Budmu, his case will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed.

4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5-the Circle Officer, Budmu, Ranchi, within four weeks along with the copy of this order, who will consider the case of the petitioner and take decision within twelve weeks thereafter.

5. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
