It is the grievance of the petitioner that the land measuring area 20 decimal contained in the plot nos. 5278, 5199, 5200 and 5201 in Khata No. 134 in Mouza-Kandra, Mouza No. 51 PS-Pindrajora has been incorporated in the “Prohibited List”. He submits that there are Decree of the Civil Court in his favour so the land should not have been entered in the “Prohibited List”.

3. Opposing the object of the aforesaid act, the petitioner has filed an application which was registered as NGDRS Misc. Case No. 3 of 2024-25 but the same is still pending.

4. Considering the said submission, without entering into the merits of this case, I direct the respondent no. 2-the Deputy

Commissioner, Bokaro to dispose of NGDRS Misc. Case No. 3 of 2024-25 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order considering judgments of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and other judgments.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
