1. This writ application has been preferred by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Graduate Trained Teacher in the hindi subject.

2. At the outset learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ application is same and similar to that of W.P.(S). No. 582 of 2023 (Mina Kumari & Ors. Vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases, wherein a One-Man Fact-Finding Commission has been constituted and the petitioner want to approach the said

Commission ventilating her grievance.

3. There is no objection from the other side.

4. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of

with the liberty as prayed for.
