1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the

petitioner praying therein for the following reliefs:

(A) That to pay the death cum Retirement Benefits to the petitioner who is the wife of deceased husband was working on the post of "Ex HC/GD" in 217 BN Central Reserve Police Force, who died on 28.04.2021 and thereafter the Death cum Retirement Benefits i.e. Gratuity, Provident Fund, Leave Encashment, Group Insurance, and other consequential benefits with penal interest that has not been paid yet in favour of the petitioner.

(B) That the petitioner further prays for issuance of an appropriate writs(s), order(s) or direction(s) specially to the Respondent No. 04 and 05 to pay all the consequential benefits in which the petitioner in the wife, but in-spite of the knowledge of Authorities of CRPF in connivance with the name of the petitioner arbitrary and the same cannot be done only at the whims of the concern authorities.

(C) That the petitioner further prays for pay the salaries from 06.10.2012 to 06.02.2014 whereas the petitioner's husband has been terminated from his service mean while the petitioner's husband suffering from several ailments.

(D) That the petitioner further prays for during the pendency of the writ application the amount of the all consequential benefits with penal interest not disbursed to petitioner till the disposal of the present writ application.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though

the petitioner is fully entitled for the prayer made in the instant writ application; however, in spite of repeated representations the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; as such, the petitioner may be directed to approach the concerned respondent, who shall look into the matter, so that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner by treating this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations and also in consultation by the respondent No.5, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner and if the order is passed in favour of the petitioner, consequential benefits shall be extended to the petitioner within a further period of 4 weeks. The petitioner shall serve a copy of this writ application along with the relevant documents to the concerned respondent for convenience.
