2. File is produced before this Court. From the file it is clear that the application was filed in the year 2021.
3. It is also clear that the meetings were held by the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Jharkhand. The last meeting in relation to this matter was held on 04.08.2023. After 04.08.2023 meeting has been held but the Committee did not take up this case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court direct the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Jharkhand to try to dispose of the application after completing all the procedure as prescribed under the law preferably within the period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. Let the file be returned to the Officer.
6. According, this writ petition is disposed of.
