1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ application is same and similar with that of W.P. (S) No. 582 of 2023 with analogous cases in which the petitioners were given liberty to approach the One-Man Fact Finding Committee; as such, the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the One-Man Fact Finding Committee headed by Justice Gautam Kumar Choudhary. It is further prayed that the instant writ application along with additional documents may be permitted to be treated as an application before the One-Man Fact Finding Committee.

3. There is no objection from the respondents.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the OneMan Fact Finding Committee by filing copy of the writ application along with its annexures and other documents, if so advised.
