1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioners praying therein for the following reliefs:

i) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus, commanding upon the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioners to the posts of Madhyamik

Acharya, Petitioners in the subject Ho under the ST Category pursuant to Advertisement No. 02/2025 (Annexure-1), inasmuch as both the petitioners have successfully completed the document verification without any objection, discrepancy or adverse communication whatsoever in respect of their candidature, but have been illegally and arbitrarily denied appointment despite the availability of advertised vacancies, inasmuch as seven were advertised for Subject Ho under the ST Category whereas the result has been declared only against Four posts, leaving three advertised vacancies unfilled, without any lawful justification or reason.

ii) In the interim, pending final adjudication of the present writ petition, to direct the respondents to reserve two posts of Madhyamik Acharya, on the post in the subject of Ho under the ST Category subject to the final outcome of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are fully entitled for the prayer made in the instant writ application; as such, he submits that this case may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent for redressal of their grievance.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; as such the petitioner may approach the respondent no.6 for redressal of their grievance.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and looking to the prayer made in the instant writ application, the same is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioners to approach the 6^th respondent by filing a fresh representation along with all relevant documents. The moment 6^th respondent receives the representation; he shall take a decision in the matter with regard to the claim raised in the writ application after verification of the record in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

6. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
