06/ 09.02.2026: This case was filed on 23.12.2022. There were defects as pointed out by the Registry, thus, this case was listed on 24.02.2023 before the Lawazima Bench of Joint Registrar (Judicial), but no one appeared before the Court, inspite of that, time was granted to remove the defects. Again, the matter was listed on 12.10.2023 before the Lawazima Bench of Registrar General, but no one appeared on that date and time was granted to remove the defects. As the defects were not removed, the matter was listed on 05.01.2024 before a coordinate Bench of this Court, when the Court granted four weeks’ time to remove the defects. Court had also directed that this case will be listed only after removal of defects. Even then, the defects have not been removed.

Today, after more than one year, the case has been listed before this Court, since the defects are not removed.

Since, one year the petitioner did not remove the defects,

helplessly the Registry listed the matter before this Bench, inspite of the order of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

From the record, it is clear that defects are not been removed. Thus, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in removing the defects, thus this case is fit to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
