1. Heard the parties.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the name of the ancestor of the petitioner has been recorded in the Khatiyan in respect of land measuring 44 dismil, appertaining to Old Plot No.1158, New Plot No.1281, Old Khata No.3 New Khata No.177, Mauza-Utka, Thana-Kairo, Aanchal-Kairo, Dist-Lohardaga, yet the regular rent is not being accepted by the respondents and receipts are not being issued.

3. The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner should approach the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Lohardaga, who will consider the case of the petitioner and if it is

found that he is entitled for the reliefs claimed, the same will be extended to the petitioner.

4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Lohardaga within four weeks, who will consider the case of the petitioner and will pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within eight weeks.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of .
