1. The present writ petition has been filed against part of the order dated 15.06.2009, passed in Revenue Case No.4138/ 93 by which the application filed by one Gyan Chandra Ram has been rejected but the prayer for intervenors i.e. respondent Nos.3 to 7 has been allowed and deemed to be recorded in Khatiyan in favour of private respondent Nos.3 to 7 for the land under Khesra 4 and 6 situated in village Chandwa Thana No.285 circle chandwa hal sankhya 400 under Khesra 4 and 6 of area 0.13 and 0.50 acres in place of Rahmat Ali.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law including first appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection.
