1. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-

“(1) To quash and set aside the Order dated 04.03.2022 passed by the Learned Commissioner, S.P. Division, Dumka in Rev. Misc Appeal No. 3 of 2009-10 (Annexure3) whereby and where under the Learned Commissioner has passed the order to record the name of heirs of Hemni Mahatwain in complete violation of the legal principles, and settled position of Law in the most perverse and unreasonable manner without application of mind and without taking into consideration the complete facts and circumstances of the case into consideration.

(11) To stay the operation of Order dated 04.03.2022 passed by the Learned Commissioner, S.P. Division, Dumka in Rev. Mise Appeal No. 3 of 2009-10 (Annexure3) during the pendency of the instant Writ Petition.”

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in spite of his best efforts he could not contact with the petitioners.

3. In the view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby disposed

of for want of instruction.

4. However, the petitioners or their legal heirs are at liberty to approach this Court within six months.
