Heard learned counsel representing the petitioners and learned counsel representing the respondents.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the petitioners have not been extended the benefits of 3^rd MACP, even after completion of 30 years of their service. The petitioners also pray for revision of pension and payment of consequential benefits i.e. differences of salary, pension, gratuity etc.

3. It is also the grievance of the petitioners that they have filed representations before the respondents raising their claim, but

the same remained unattended as on date.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation before respondent No.5 – the Divisional Security Officer, Railway Protection Force, South Eastern Railway, Ranchi Division, Ranchi, within three weeks.

4.1. On receipt of such representation, the respondent No.5 will consider the claim of the petitioners and decide the same, within three weeks thereafter.

4.2. If the petitioners are found entitled for the aforesaid relief, the same shall be extended to them, within four weeks thereafter.

4.3. If any part of the claim / representation is rejected for any reason, a detailed speaking order should be communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of .
