the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi. Subsequently, the present F.I.R. Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023 (Annexure-3) was instituted against the petitioner and her entire family members as a matter of retaliation. The informant of the case is also Class-III employee. The husband of the petitioner happens to be employee of Civil Court, Palamau, hence he has lodged a false case against the entire family members of the petitioner. Thereafter, he also instituted Original Suit No. 269 of 2024 under Section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court, Ranchi. Since, the opposite party No.2 is an employee of the Civil Court, Palamau and the case is also pending there, therefore, the petitioner has a reasonable apprehension that a fair trial may not be conducted. Moreover, the petitioner is facing economic crisis due to non-payment of any maintenance allowance by opposite party No.2. It is quite difficult for the petitioner to attend the Court at Palamau on each and every date to face the trial.
