The parties have submitted that they have agreed to terms and conditions of settlement as per Pre- National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements.

Accordingly, these matters are settled in terms of Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements dated 08.09.2026.

The Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements are directed to form part of this Award and at the time of issuance of certified copy of this Award, a copy of the Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements be also furnished by the office along with the certified copy of the order.

The statutory amount, so deposited, if any, will be refunded to the Insurance Company.
