Accordingly, the matters are settled in terms of Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement dated 07.09.2026.

The Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement is directed to form part of this Award and at the time of issuance of certified copy of this Award, a copy of the PreNational Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement be also furnished by the office along with the certified copy of the order.
