1. Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 has submitted that the counter affidavit which is to be filed is ready but could not have been filed, therefore, leave has been sought for to accept the copy of the counter affidavit.

2. It has also been submitted that the copy has already been served to the learned counsel for the State as also to the learned counsel representing the appellants.
3. We have perused the acknowledgment receipt and found that the due service of the affidavit is available.
4. Mr. Sanjay Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, after some argument, has sought for leave of this Court to withdraw this appeal, however, with the liberty to search out the remedy for redressal of the grievance.
5. There is no opposition by the learned State counsel and learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 regarding the same.
6. Accordingly, as prayed for by Mr. Sanjay Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, the instant letters patent appeal being L.P.A. No. 205 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn, and as such disposed of reserving the liberty to search out the remedy for the redressal of the grievance.
