1. The present criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 10.03.2026, passed by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST (PoA), Giridih, in A.B.P No.159 of 2026, whereby the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellant has been rejected in connection with SC/ST (Complaint) Case No.15 of 2023, arising out of SC/ST P.S. Case No.11 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 385, 504, 506, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(f)(r)(s) of the SC/ ST (POA) Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST (PoA), Giridih.
2. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Musheer Alam Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Anr., reported in 2025 SCC OnLine SC 116 , learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal appeal as after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has also been taken against the appellant by the Court below.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
4. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the present criminal appeal is, hereby,
dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed of.
