to play an instrument as well. It, therefore, appears that the social investigation report does not reflect that the release of the petitioner will expose him to moral, physical or psychological danger. In fact, the petitioner appears to play an instrument and his behavior also seems to be cordial with his neighbors as per the said report and considering the manner of his implication, apart from other surrounding circumstances, as noted above, the impugned order dated 23.05.2026 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dhanbad in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.49/2026 and the judgment dated 25.07.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge, Children Court, Dhanbad in Cr. Appeal No. 164/2026 are hereby, quashed and set aside and the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dhanbad, in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.49/2026, subject to the condition that the father of the petitioner shall ensure the safety of the petitioner and shall further ensure that the petitioner does not mix with any antisocial elements.
