It is submitted by learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 that present revision application was preferred challenging the order dated 02.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Chatra in Misc. Criminal Application No. 857 of 2022, whereby the discharge application of the petitioner was rejected. The present status of the case is that the charge has been framed, witnesses have also been examined in the case.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner is taking no steps in this matter and considering

the further stage of trial, this revision is dismissed at the stage of admission itself.
5. Accordingly, pending I.A. No. 8470/2026 is also disposed
