1. Heard Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned senior counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.

2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 09.04.2026 passed in B.P. No.156 of 2026 arising out of Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No.66 of 2026 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3. It has been alleged that from Dhanbad Railway Station, 11 children, who were alleged to have been trafficked, were recovered.

4. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 14.02.2026. It has further been submitted that though it has been alleged that the appellant was taking the children along with the help of a co-accused to Madurai for getting them employed in a company making bottles but all the 11 children have been recovered. It has further been submitted that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted by the police.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.

Regard being had to the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted apart from the period of custody undergone by the appellant and the recovery of the children who have purportedly been trafficked by the appllant, we while setting aside the order dated 09.04.2026 passed in B.P. No.156 of 2026 arising out of Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No.66 of 2026 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Dhanbad, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad G.R.P.S. Case No.66 of 2026.
