This appeal is directed against the order dated 24.06.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Koderma in B.P. No. 153 of 2026 arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2025, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that in similar circumstances, one of the co-accused Reena Devi has been granted bail in Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 863 of 2026. Learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody since 05.05.2026.

Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.

Regard being had to the fact that the similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, we while setting aside the order dated 24.06.2026

passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Koderma in B.P. No. 153 of 2026 arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2025, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2025, subject to the condition that the appellant shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by any sufficient cause.
