This appeal is directed against the order dated 25.07.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in S.T. No. 420/2024 in connection with Kasmar P.S. Case No. 12/2011, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It has been alleged that the Maoists had set ablaze two tractors.

Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellants that they have been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused who have already been acquitted in a separate trial. Learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody since 29.06.2026.

Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellants.

Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellants, we while setting aside the order dated 25.07.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in S.T. No. 420/2024 in connection with Kasmar P.S. Case No. 12/2011, direct that the appellants be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in connection with Kasmar P.S. Case No. 12/2011, subject to the condition that the appellants shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial unless prevented by sufficient cause.
