Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.04.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 7455 of 2022 for extending the time to surrender before the court concerned.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already filed two criminal miscellaneous applications for extension of time to surrender before the concerned trial court, but unfortunately he could not complied the same due to insufficiency of Rs.1.95 lakhs of bail bond. It is further submitted that petitioner had gone to Mumbai to earn the aforesaid amount and now he has arranged the aforesaid amount and also prepared D.D. of Rs.1 lac in favour of the informant namely Janki Devi being D.D. No. 016886 dated 06.12.2025 of H.D.F.C. Bank. and also prepared D.D. of rest of the amount of Rs.95,000/- being D.D. No. 016927 dated 20.01.2026 of the H.D.F.C. Bank. Therefore, it is humbly prayed to allow this criminal miscellaneous application and grant four weeks' further time to surrender before the concerned trial court.

4 . In view of the above submissions, petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned court within a period of two weeks'.

5 . Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed .
