Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 has submitted that Demand Draft of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) has been deposited before the learned Registrar General of this Court in the light of order dated 03.07.2025 passed by this Court. However, the validity of said Demand Draft has been expired.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 shall deposit the said Demand Draft of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) before the learned Court below i.e. S.D.J.M., Pakur.
