Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the trial is at its fag end and the statement of the petitioner under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. has already been recorded. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Cr.M.P. with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition before the appropriate court at the appropriate stage.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
