1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the 7^th sentence of paragraph-3 of this Cr.M.P., in which the words ‘regular bail application’ is mentioned instead of Cr. Appeal (Filing) (S.J.) No.21814 of 2025 by in course of the day.

2. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to incorporate the word Cr. Appeal (Filing) (S.J.) No.21814 of 2025 instead of regular bail application. 3. This Cr.M.P No.1050 of 2026 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Cr. Appeal (Filing) (S.J.) No.21814 of 2025, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence, order dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Court could not be filed within time due to mistake on the part of the counsel as he was an under impression that time has been granted for removal of defect(s) within four weeks.
